BOOKING POLICY:
Booking is confirmed after the full cost of the treatment is deducted. Once booked, the payment is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In certain cases, with valid reasons, a partial or full refund may be considered. Please notify us of the cancellation or changes to the booking at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled treatment time. We will review each case individually. If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours in advance, we will not be able to offer a refund.
